1. 基本方針1. Our approach

TomoNote AIは、利用者のノートと考えを大切に扱います。本アプリは、ノート作成、編集、検索、AIによる整理・分析、サブスクリプション管理のために必要な範囲で情報を取り扱います。

TomoNote AI treats your notes and thoughts with care. The app handles information only to the extent needed for creating, editing, and searching notes, AI-based organization and analysis, and subscription management.

2. アプリ内に保存される情報2. Information stored in the app

作成したノート、添付ファイル、AIチャット履歴、AIナレッジ、アプリ設定、意味検索用のベクトルは、主に利用者の端末内またはアプリの保存領域に保存されます。

The notes you create, attachments, AI chat history, AI knowledge, app settings, and semantic search vectors are stored primarily on your device or in the app's storage area.

本アプリは、アカウント登録のために氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号を要求しません。ただし、フィードバック送信時に返信を希望する場合は、任意でメールアドレスを入力できます（詳細は4章）。

The app does not require your name, email address, or phone number for account registration. However, you may optionally provide an email address when submitting feedback if you would like a reply (see section 4).

3. AI機能で送信される情報3. Information sent for AI features

AI機能を利用する場合、入力したメッセージ、現在のノート、指定したノート、ノートのファイル名・パス一覧、登録したAIナレッジなど、応答生成に必要な情報が送信されることがあります。オンボーディングでAIプロフィール生成に同意した場合は、生年月日を含むオンボーディング回答を送信します。意味検索用の索引を作成・更新するときは、関連箇所を探せるよう全ノートの本文・見出し・ファイル名・パスを分割して送信します。

When you use AI features, information needed to generate a response may be sent — such as your message, the current note, notes you specify, the list of note file names and paths, and the AI knowledge you have registered. If you consent to AI profile generation during onboarding, your onboarding answers, including your date of birth, are sent. When the semantic search index is created or updated, all note text, headings, file names, and paths are divided into passages and sent so the app can find relevant information.

送信された情報は、Firebase Cloud Functionsを経由してAIサービス提供事業者であるOpenAIに送られ、AIプロフィール、回答、編集提案、整理提案の生成に利用されます。

The sent information is passed through Firebase Cloud Functions to OpenAI, our AI service provider, and is used to generate AI profiles, answers, edit suggestions, and organization suggestions.

意味検索で生成したベクトルは端末内だけに保存します。この索引作成のために、ノート本文やベクトルをCloud Firestoreへ保存することはありません。質問時は、原則として関連性の高い箇所だけを回答生成に利用します。

Vectors generated for semantic search are stored only on your device. Note text and vectors are not stored in Cloud Firestore for this indexing process. When you ask a question, only the most relevant passages are normally used to generate the answer.

4. フィードバック送信時に送信される情報4. Information sent when submitting feedback

設定画面の「フィードバックを送る」を使用すると、入力した本文とカテゴリ、任意で入力した返信用メールアドレスに加えて、アプリバージョン、iOSバージョン、端末機種が自動的に送信されます。

When you use "Send Feedback" in Settings, the message and category you enter, any reply email address you optionally provide, and your app version, iOS version, and device model are sent automatically.

送信された情報はFirebase Cloud Functionsを経由してCloud Firestoreに保存し、不具合対応や問い合わせへの返信のために利用します。返信用メールアドレスは入力した場合のみ送信され、返信以外の目的には利用しません。

This information is sent via Firebase Cloud Functions and stored in Cloud Firestore, and is used to address issues and respond to your inquiry. A reply email address is sent only if you choose to provide one, and is not used for any purpose other than replying to you.

5. 購入情報5. Purchase information

サブスクリプションの購入、無料トライアル、更新、解約、返金はAppleのApp Storeを通じて処理されます。本アプリは、StoreKitを通じて購読状態を確認します。

Subscription purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store. The app checks your subscription status via StoreKit.

開発者が利用者のクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得することはありません。

The developer never receives your payment details, such as credit card numbers.

• To create, edit, save, search, and display notes
• To provide AI answers, summaries, edit suggestions, and organization suggestions
• To check your subscription purchase status
• To prevent abuse, improve stability, and respond to inquiries
• To analyze onboarding and subscription usage in order to improve UI/UX
• To collect crash information in order to improve app stability
• To analyze usage of billing and the paywall

7. 第三者サービス7. Third-party services

本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。

The app may use the following third-party services.

• Apple App Store / StoreKit：サブスクリプション管理
• Firebase / Google Cloud：AI機能の中継、App Check、不正利用防止、利用状況分析（Firebase Analytics）、クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics）、フィードバックの保存（Cloud Firestore）
• OpenAI：AIプロフィール、AI応答、要約、編集提案、整理提案、意味検索用ベクトルの生成
• RevenueCat：課金・購入画面（PayWall）の収益、コンバージョン、継続率の分析（購入処理はStoreKitが行い、RevenueCatは取引情報を観測するのみ）

• Firebase / Google Cloud: relaying AI features, App Check, abuse prevention, usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), storing feedback submissions (Cloud Firestore)

• RevenueCat: analyzing billing and paywall revenue, conversion, and retention (purchases are processed by StoreKit; RevenueCat only observes transaction data)

8. データの削除8. Deleting your data

端末内に保存されたノートや設定は、アプリ内の削除操作またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。ノートに対応する意味検索索引は、ノート削除時または次回の索引更新時に削除され、索引全体はアプリのアンインストールにより削除されます。AIチャット履歴は、アプリ内のリセット操作で削除できます。

Notes and settings stored on your device can be deleted in the app or by uninstalling it. A note's semantic index is deleted when that note is deleted or when the index is next updated, and the complete index is removed when the app is uninstalled. AI chat history can be deleted with the reset action in the app.
